Concrete Repair

Concrete is a very durable material, but over time some structurally sound concrete may need repair.

Butterfield Color^® offers a variety of products to aid in the repair of both existing and new decorative and plain concrete surfaces.

T1000™ Fine Overlay, repair

A polymer modified, cementitious material designed for resurfacing, repairing and restoring stable, non-moving concrete floors, walls and hardscapes.
Excellent adhesion and extremely durable, will make chipped, worn, and blemished concrete look new. Recreate a broom finish to existing concrete driveways and sidewalks.
Provide consistent appearance to entire concrete surface.
Packaged in 55-pound (25 kg) bags. Each bag, once properly mixed with water, provides a coverage rate of approximately 96 ft² at 1/16" thick (2.2m² at 1.5 mm thick).
Single application thickness can range from 1/16" (1.5 mm) to a maximum at 3/16" (4.5 mm), depending on thickness desired.

A bonding agent which provides enhanced adhesion, workability and curing of cementitious overlays.
Provides added durability in repair applications.
Recommended for use with T1000™ Fine Overlay for superior repair results. Required bonding agent for use with T1000™ Stampable Overlay, T1000™ Fine Overlay and Cantera™ Vertical Overlay.

5 pound mini-pails of Perma-Cast Shake-on Color Hardener
Suitable for patching pop-outs, chips, and minor concrete defects.
Great for plastering the risers of steps prior to texturing, after removing the forms.
Use varying colors for accenting small areas, each 5 pound pail provides 6-10sq. ft. of coverage.

A one component, easy-to-use repair mortar for use on concrete colored with Uni-Mix™ Integral Concrete Colorant.
Suitable for patching pop-outs, chips, and minor concrete defects.
Great for plastering the risers of steps prior to texturing, after removing the forms.
Available in 50 pound pails or 5 pound mini-pails.

Hybrid two-part urethane system is designed for high strength and rapid set.
Requires just 10 minutes cure for overlay or coating applications, full cure in 20 minutes.
Will cure in sub-zero environments.
Low viscosity allows for deep penetration into concrete.
Suitable for repairing cracks in driveway, patios, garage, and basement floors.
Permanently bonds the concrete and prevents against future damage.
