Clear Guard® First Seal®

Clear Guard® First Seal® is a reactive penetrating sealer that can be applied to 2 day old concrete. It is available in 1 gallon (3.8 L) jugs or 5 gallon (18.9 L) pails.

Used Alone:

• Creates a water resistant surface and a hydrophobic interior
• Repels water and salts
• Provides long term protection for the concrete

Used as a Primer for all Butterfield Color® Acrylic Sealers:

• Forms a tenacious bond with the concrete and the Butterfield Color® acrylic sealer
• Allows for color enhancement of the Butterfield Color® acrylic sealer
• Greatly improves the durability of the Butterfield Color® acrylic sealer
